After Pregnancy Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck

28 y.o. complained of small, sagging breasts, excess skin of the abdominal wall, and muscle separation following pregnancies.  She underwent mommy makeover with tummy tuck and breast augmentation with a smooth high profile 400cc silicone gel implant on the right and a 450cc implant on the left.  ​The abdominal muscles separated by pregnancy were repaired and the excess skin was removed.  The abdominal scar was designed to be concealed according to her preferred bathing wear style.
