This 45 year old woman was 5’7 ½” tall, 144 pounds, and 36D cup. She complained of a deflated 11 year old right saline implant. She also complained of drooping of the breasts following two full-term pregnancies. She is seen after placement of subpectoral smooth saline implants, right 565cc, left 575cc.
