This 22 year old female was 5’4”, 120 pounds, and 32 full A-cup. She is seen after placement of subpectoral smooth saline implants (right 340cc, left 360cc).
This 22 year old woman was 5’6″, 120 pounds, and 34 A-cup who complained of small breasts. She underwent augmentation with 300 cc smooth saline sub pectoral implants.
This 29 year old woman was 5’8″, 125 pounds, and 34 A-cup, seen after placement of submuscular 275cc textured gel implant on the left and a 300cc on the right.
52 y.o. complains of small breasts following two full-term pregnancies. 5’3”, 100#, 32-A cup. Seen after augmentation with 300cc smooth subpectoral silicone gel implants.
48 y.o. underwent previous breast augmentation, complained of excess upper fullness and desired smaller breasts. 225cc textured subglandular implants replaced with a smooth subglandular 150cc implant of the right side and a 175cc implant on the left, and crescent breast lifts.
35 y.o. woman who underwent previous augmentation with subglandular 400cc high profile smooth silicone gel implants. Complained of firmness of her implants and excess upper pole prominence. Seen after removal of capsules and implant replacement with a partially subpectoral 350cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone gel implant on the right and a 375cc implant on the left.
This 48 year old woman underwent previous breast augmentation, elsewhere and complained of excess upper fullness and drooping of the nipples. Seen after revision of her augmentation, placing 150cc implant on the right and 100cc implant on the left and crescent lifts of the nipples.
56 y.o. woman seen 26 years after initial breast augmentation. Implants replaced for firmness. 5’5” 113#, 34C cup. Seen after implant replacement with 325cc moderate plus silicone gel implant on the right and 350cc on the left. Implants placed in the dual-plane position.
27 y.o. underwent original breast augmentation, elsewhere with 380cc smooth saline subpectoral implants. Complained of severe implant rippling and asymmetry. 5’7”, 113#, 34 C-Cup. Seen 9 months following revision of her augmentation with 450cc moderate profile smooth subpectoral silicone gel implants.
36 y.o. underwent previous augmenation elsewhere with saline implants 16 years earlier. Complained of lack of cleavage, poor breast shape and firmness of her breast implants. 5'6", 120 pounds, 32C cup. Seen after augementation revision with high profile smooth silicone gel implants and Strattice placement. 385cc implant on the right and 415cc on the left.
