26 y.o. Asian woman complained of breasts small for her frame. 5’4”, 120#, 34 B-cup. Seen following subpectoral augmentation with a 350cc smooth silicone gel implant on the right and a 375cc implant on the left.
18 y.o. born with severe asymmetry of the breasts. 5’4”, 165#, 36-C cup on the right breast and an A cup on the left. Seen after tissue expander reconstruction of the left breast. 425 cc high profile smooth saline-filled implant placed to the left breast and a 350cc smooth moderate profile saline implant to the left. Right full mastopexy and left per-areolar mastopexy.
