48 y.o. woman with a BRCA2 gene mutation, left  breast cancer, and drooping of the breasts following previous pregnancy.  She underwent nipple-sparing mastectomies and reconstructions with smooth round cohesive full projection silicone gel implants, using a breast lift-type cosmetic incision.  Higher, more youthful appearing breasts were achieved.
